I'm currently working on a project involving a total overhaul of the game Fire Emblem Fates. In order to create the exact vision I want I need to dump the DLC ROMFS from SoV; Problem is, I just can't. No tutorials have helped, no programs have worked. Using Citra I cannot dump the DLC CIA Romfs, using CRTTool, 3DSExplorer, Romfsbuilder, not a single thing has worked.
My copy of the game is a legal dump-with the 1.1 update installed, and the DLC I have is in a CIA Format. Its in a CIA format due to Citra's issues with DLC and Valentia's constant "Extra Data Corrupted"/"No SD Card Found" bugs.
Due to my seemingly total inability to gain access to the ROMFS myself, my Fates Project has been paused-granted its only been paused for a single nights worth of work, but still.
My Rom is in Decrypted .CCI format, The DLC and Update are in .CIA Format.
Its all being dumped on a PC as I no longer have the 3DS I used to dump the original files years ago. I need a way to obtain the ROMFS for the DLC for FE:Shadows of Valentia and FE:Fates.
