You just learned about this from a Youtuber i assume? as others have mentioned already get only RCM Loader and you can use that to load into load up into Atmosphere (which is currently the most supported out of the bunch)

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
