Misc I have to wait 7 days??

so i installed wiimmfi for mario kart and i get error code 23887 i looked around and somehwhere it read i have to wait 7 days? so is this true or am i doing somthing wrong ? 7 days is lame cant i do somthing about it? thanks i advance for all replys good or bad c:

I have an idea but First an question is the Mac adress conected to my wii or or is it random from the network because if the Mac adress conected and Not swappeble you can check eventually with the serielle number :is this a real console or you can make seperally Servers 1 for emulators 1 for mods or hack and one only for your homebrew wiimmfi sd cheat

I think you can set both a Wii and PC to return any mac address you want, you can't tell if it's a console or emulator.

You could try to detect it by putting code into the game, which tries to find behavior that is different between a real console and an emulator. It may only work for a short while as someone can find the code you added, and change the emulator to prevent it being detected.

Yeesh, some people are just so eager to cheat in public lobbies. I mean, other than Wiimm having a bit of a stick about people making fun of a Certain Part of his country's history (rather a small sticking point, honestly; that rule only gets you a slap on the wrist, not like the permaban for cheating - not like he hurls sexist abuse at a guy who draws Star Wars characters with big breasts ), the rules are perfectly reasonable. And it's not like he's asking you to pay!

Yeah, they're hardcoded into the network devices, but the computers those devices are connected to can make them lie.

yeah, l think this 7 day waiting is to prevent exploiters from going to this and that Wii emulation after their real Wii was banned for hacking
