Hardware HWFly v4 OLED screen flashing

Hi guys!

My HWFly v4 OLED have this problem and idk what wrong with it. Everything is okay except this. I hope to get some guidance from you guys

Edit: This problem only occurs when power on/off

Thank you, pardon me for the lack of information, this problem only occurs when i turn the power on and off, everything is fine so i don't think the screen is damaged
I have posted another video to describe the situation, hope to receive your help

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
