I have a pen drive formatted in ntfs exclusively for Wii games on the usb port 0. On the sd card I leave the Gamecube apps and games. I have an another drive plugged into port 1 for roms. Is it possible for the WiiSXRX to read games from this device?

If you have system menu v4.3, ios 58 with usb 2.0 support is installed. So WiiSXRX will support both backports.
Just as information, not many usb pens or card adapter work well on (v)Wii. Mostly they cause problems then they work flawless.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
