I want to translate the Digimon World Re: Digitize DeCode game into Spanish, but I can't find a way to extract the ARCV0 and ARCVINFO files. If someone knows how to unpack them and how to repackage them, it would help me a lot.
How to extract ARCV0.BIN and ARCVINFO.BIN files?

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
