how stop keyframes from playing mid animation (roblox moon animator 2)

basically im working on this short animation where this guy is running and then bangs his head on a door but when i play the animation he is slowly floating backwards because the keyframes where he hits his head is at the end
(issue: when i change the easing style, nothing happens.)

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
