Hacking How do I add cover art to games for wii 64?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a way to add cover art to n64 roms so I can see them when browsing through them in wii64. It would make finding the ones I want much easier. Does anyone know how to do this?

You should be using Not64, not Wii64. Neither has the option to use cover art in the standalone app. WiiFlow would get the job done though.

Adding boxart (cover art) to Wii64 (since 2018's version) needs the boxart.bin file to be placed in the wii64 folder of the root of your SD card (sd:/wii64/).

It looks like boxartpacker.c in the Wii64 repo is responsible for creating the boxart.bin file. Does anyone know where the collection of raw image files that boxartpacker.c reads can be downloaded? boxart.bin is missing some artwork and it would be nice to be able to add more by downloading new cover images and rerunning boxartpacker.c manually.
