The files are for inazuma eleven go chrono stone thunderflash and i would like to transfer it to my 3ds because i recently installed CFW to my 3ds and also installed the game via FBI by using the CIA file.

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
