I have a New Nintendo 2ds XL with homebrew, and all that stuff. I was wondering if there was a way to get DS games onto the 3ds without having to buy anything, or with a very low cost.
How can I get DS games onto my modded 3ds?

Then put your NDS games in the "roms/nds" folder.
We can't tell you exactly where to get games, but a quick internet search should guide you. Avoid sketchy sites.

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
