How can i fix dead pixel on my New 3DS xl bottom screen?

My New 3ds xl bottom screen has a lot of dead pixels but i dont want to send to repair, is there anyway i can fix this?

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
