Well i assume you don't want to use fbi to do that for some reason so, in GodMode9 there's an option to list all your installed games, highlight the game and it should give you the option to delete it if i'm not mistaken.

How to uninstall a title with godemod9 :
Enter Title Manager in godemode9 by :

• Press Home button on main screen -> open Title manager
• Or move to SYSNAND SD -> press R + A together -> choose Open title manager
  
  
• Then choose the game, press A -> choose Manage Title -> choose Uninstall title and hit A.

I'm in a pickle I downloadded radical red and pokemon unbound on my 3ds and it re enabled write protection somehow so I needed to know how to delete those

I doubt those are what caused the problem..

so I needed to know how to delete those

Read @Sypherone's comment. If it allowed you to delete them there that is (write-lock)..

I deleted those files. They were the problem
