I keep seeing tutorials to add HBC music to HBL on Wii U, but never on 3DS. How do you do that? I hate the silence when I launch it after being teased with the start of the HBC music when selecting the app on the home menu.

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
