Help with old 3ds xl with emunand

I have an old 3ds xl, the system had emunand, i took out the SD card and formatted in fat32, then copied all the luma and other files to flash it, now the 3ds doesn't boot, blue light turn on like 1 second and the turn off. how can i solve this?

Try redoing Luma3DS and setting up the EmuNAND.

i saved the luma files to SD card but the 3ds doesn't start, just blue light blinks once when i press the power button
