hola, yo hablo española asi que pondré mi pregunta en español para ver si alguien puede ayudarme.
Yo hice el desbloqueo de mi switch con reinx y todo bien, nunca conecte la consola a internet despues del desbloqueo y tengo el backup de la nand. (instalaba juegos y actualizaciones .nsp con tinfoil).
Ahora mi duda es, antes de hacer el desbloqueo yo tenia mi cuenta de nintendo original con algunos juegos que compré en la eshop, pero al desbloquearla no desvincule esta cuenta y la utilice con los juegos piratas. Mi duda es si esa cuenta puedo darsela a un amigo que tiene una switch no desbloqueada y que pueda ocupar los juegos originales que habia comprado. O es muy peligroso para él? gracias.

A mi entender, usted está diciendo que no "desconectó" su NNID y está jugando juegos pirateados en el conmutador Y que desea permitir que un segundo conmutador inicie sesión con el mismo NNID. Solo se permite vincular un NNID a un conmutador a la vez, por lo que deberá cerrar sesión en el suyo para que un segundo conmutador inicie sesión.


To my understanding you are saying you did not "sign out" of your NNID and are playing pirated games on the switch AND you want to allow a second switch user to sign in under the same NNID. A NNID is only allowed to be linked to one switch at a time, so you would have to sign-out on yours in order for a second switch to sign in.

Sorry English is my first language but I work with several people from Spain so I can usually communicate well, but apology if I butchered any of the syntax or terminology.

Exacto, pero lo que digo es regalarle mi cuenta, para que esa persona baje los juegos originales que tenía. En mi switch no me importa tener esa cuenta vinculada, la puedo desvincular. Mi pregunta final es si a él lo pueden banear por ocupar esta cuenta de la que hablo.

E-shop purchases are tied to a specific Nintendo Account, so if you logged out of your Nintendo Account on your switch and gave the credentials to a friend, then this friend would be able to download any E-Shop content from your profile onto their switch.
