Feedback Help updating a mariko modchipped

Hello everybody, my brother gave me his switch, its a mariko sx modchiped running an outdated firmware 10.2.0 with sx os cfw and retroreloaded bootloader, im totally noob in terms of switch, i tried to seraxh from where should i start but get lost, i see alot of mods/tweaks and stuff
Can someone point me from where to begin to update the device and switch cfw to atmosphere and which tweaks mods and stuff to install
and will i loss my data or no?

All you need is

Atmosphere
Hekate
Sig Patches
14.0 fw
Daybreak
Possibly boot.dat from sx gear and boot.ini pointed to hekate.bin or payload.bin
