Help Request: EZ Flash Jr "Error File" Problem

When I set up my folders on my EZ Flash Jr. initially, I set up 2 folders with about 25 games a piece on them (with some filenames pushing past 20 characters), and the folders opened and played games just fine. I then decided to download about 30 more games and separate my games into about 10 folders (while also shortening a lot of filenames: None went above 15 characters and no special characters were present). However, whenever I tried to open a folder I got a message displaying "Error File" so I reverted back to the way it was before and I still got the Error File message. I reverted back even further to a single folder with 5 games and less than 50 characters collectively (across every game) and I still get the error. I even tried formatting the SD Card and reinstalling the version 4 update, but that didn't even work.

The clock on the EZ Flash Jr is also fast (about 1.5-2 seconds for every real second), but that's another issue entirely.

Does anybody else have this problem or have a solution to this problem?

EDIT: The games still work on the root of the SD Card, just not the folders.

1. Use Windows instead of Mac.
2. Formatting 4~32gb micro sd card with sd formatter program
- sd formatter formats cards with 32gb or less as fat32 32kb.
3. Recommended micro sd card : SanDisk Ultra Red

I already did all of that (and even have the same MicroSD Card) and the folders still aren't functioning.

If you're sure that sdcard is fine,
You should check if sd card connector or chips on the ezflash jr are connected correctly.
If you don't see problem,
You'll have to test with another ezflash jr.
