Relatively recently I modded my old 3ds that can't connect to the internet and that's why some errors like some games get stuck on the 3ds screen loading I don't know how to solve them without internet I need help

My problem is that I installed some games with FBI and none of them had any problem, only 1 the Persona Q2 has a problem when opening it and it is that it keeps loading in the 3Ds screen.

So why were you talking about the Internet and "some games" in your first post when you are having problems with Persona Q2?

The problem could be any number of things. Maybe you downloaded a bad .cia. In that case you should try downloading a different one.
