Help: Got a new Wii with NNID protection and parental controll

Hello,
this question may have been asked a thousand times, but I hava a problem with a used Wii U.
It is protected with the Parental restriction code and a NNID account.
I cant access the parental control settings and I cant click forget on the pin entering process.
I testet BluuBomb and I am able to connect to my console via ubuntu, but I am too dumb to execute a .bin file XD.

Is there a way to save the wii u?

1) Select Wii U from Device Type and todays date in System Date
2) Get your inquiry code (you recieve it when you mess up the PIN 3 times and the secret question 3 times).
3) Enter the 10-digit inquiry code on mkey generator
4) You will recieve a 5-digit master key PIN
5) Go and enter it on your Wii U when prompted

Like I said, when I mess up the code 3 times, it wont show the inquiry code.
And the NNID login is still active on the console. It only says to login into the account and go into settings. And I dont have access to the account. I even called Nintendo, but they said, they can only help the person, wich is the previous owner of the wiiu...
I will wait for the rasperry to arrive.

yeah, something like that. I have a pico, which only cost like $5 on eBay, so the price is reasonable if you have access.

Is it hard to program it? I only read the guide twice and it looks easy.

Hey, its me again!
The Rasperry Pico Exploit worked!
I now have my NNID and the NNID of the previous owner on the wiiu.
Is it possible to delete the other NNID without login in (with homebrew tools) ?
That would be the cherry on top!
