Hello again im back with a simple mod that idk why i haven't seen around at all...except for vids but no guides.

first the xbox 360 already has a normal sata data cable port but the dvd drives power cable is a 12 pin in a cubic form which isnt good if we want to make it work on a pc drive (sata).

here is the txt based guide:

Sata POWER black wire goes to pin 7

Sata POWER red wire goes to pin 12

Sata POWER black goes to pin 5

Sata POWER yellow wire goes to pin 8

the solider or twist wires/pins 6 an 4 together so it thinks its a normal drive eliminating the flashing green light every time the xbox 360 is used.

He replaced the disc drive in the XBOX 360 with one from a PC.

i see there is small activitry i have tested my mod and am running it using a pc burner/read liteon i got and is running a flashed custom firmware so it can read xbox 360 games but need to figure out eject maby solder it to eject ground?
