I Was Looking For GridLauncher Links And I Found These:

This Download Link Is The Only One I Found And It Isn't Working

While being different to use. This app is long dead and long since compatible with any current cfw

I tried compiling it, but it errored at the end. I think it's not compatible with later versions of devkitpro. I think there are versions in the github, just use git clone or download as zip or download directly the 3dsx file and boot through the homebrew launcher. like @lone_wolf323 said, it's probably not going to work.
