You don't have to update if you don't want to.

I, for one, like my 3DS getting more stable.
It's by far the most stable thing I've ever owned, and I owe it all to stability improvements and other minor adjustments being made.

Edit: I hope Nintendo sees this thread and releases another update to spite you.

They found their way here about 10 months ago under a different name. They kept posting shit about shipping superman with various people. Then it turned into some insanity about superman 64.

This thread should be locked and maybe ban the OP for his idiocy. Suing the company that owns the hardware because they release updates? That's as asinine as suing Apple for keeping their systems secure, or suing Google because the UI for gmail is just too ugly. Not only would it be laughed out of any and all courts in the world, but the OP could find himself counter-sued into oblivion.
