Fire emblem three houses update error

I have a problem, when I try to open fire emblem three houses with update 5, the screen of The Software Was Closed Because An Error Occurred appears. but when i open the game without the update no error occurs.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
