Gaming Finally gonna be playing my Wii U again soon, any game suggestions?

So I got my Wii U back on Christmas 2012, and I had played it up until 2016 when my AC Adapter for the GamePad broke, so I had no way to charge it. At this point, I hadn't played on my Wii U for about 5 years, and I had traded in pretty much all of the games I had for it into EB Games to help pay for my Switch, so my library is pretty much decimated lol.

But a little under a week ago, I decided that I wanted to get back into the Wii U, so I bought a new AC Adapter on eBay and a copy of Nintendo Land alongside it. But of course I'm looking to regrow my library in the future, so what games do you guys recommend? Doesn't really have to be a specific genre or anything like that, just games that you've enjoyed and think others might enjoy. Doesn't even have to be physical either, I love hearing about cool eShop exclusives that people don't really talk about that much.

I used to have Mario Kart 8 (don't really need to get it again all that much considering I have it on the Switch), but I've never had the other three, which sucks in the case for 3D World, because I really enjoyed Super Mario 3D Land when I had that game, I just never really got the chance to get it. I've definitely considered getting Xenoblade and Color Splash as well, thanks for the tip!

Watch dogs (great open world game with many stuff to do)

Sonic Lost World
Freedom Planet (it looks like a Sonic game on Genesis)
Shovel Knight (adventure but also multiplayer game up to 4 player)

The Wii U has HD remasters of two of the best Zelda games: Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD. If you don't have a Switch, you can also play Breath of the Wild on the Wii U.

The original Splatoon for the Wii U is also good, and free online play is still active.
