Hacking EZ Flash Omega DE: replacing the battery

My flash cart came with a faulty battery, so I bought some new CR1025 batteries to replace

Now what do I do inside the plastic casing?

It looks like there's two batteries, but I might be wrong.

Can anyone tell me the correct way to replace the (which?) battery in question?

replace the upper one, the below with black taped is actually a motor for rumble feature.

How do I replace it? It seems to be held in place by tiny tabs over the edges of the battery.

There is a hole under the battery.
Use a non-conductive object there to push out the battery

Thanks. It was apparently as simple as just pushing the old battery out and a new one in.
