ROM Hack Extract Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLCs sounds

Hello.
I wonder if it may be possible to extract .bin-files inside the romFS of Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLC

I'd like to extract all the sounds (like battle/levelup phrases) of that game, if possible.

Found sounds-resource***/nintendo_switch/fireemblemthreehouses/
But it contains only battle phrases

Hey there,
The DLC are all in the separate patch files that you'll have to get a dump for. It is not within the main game bin files.

Once you obtain those files, you'll have to follow the instructions from this guide to extract the phrases.

It turned out like this.
It remains only to find how to extract sounds from .ktsl2stbin.gz.
And PATCH_SND.ktsl2stbin (jap) extracts, but PATCH_SND_EN.ktsl2stbin - not..., only 0.kns

Can someone tell me how to unpack the gz archives of the game on windows?

In linux terminal writes non-gzip format on commands like "gunzip namefile.gz"
