Error when installing game with wup installer

I downloaded wiiu games from USB helper onto my sd card/install folder. I then insert it into my wiiu and launch wup installer and try to install it onto my formatted USB. I get an error saying failed. Make sure all wup files are in folder. This occurs on every game I attempt to install. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Restart usb helper and click verify on the game/s so it will verify if it is installed correctly and use it to transfer the games two, maybe you already did this. You don't forgot to add the keys link (keys.oph)?

I went ahead and deleted games off sd card then. Restarted usb helper and put sd card back in PC. Do I need to click unpack as soon as I click download on the game I choose? After it downloads I will click verify and make sure there isn't any special characters in the title and try it again. This may sound dumb but what if the game I chose says update under the title, does that mean it's not the actual game and it's just the update?

What do you mean with unpack?
No, you don't just have the update, the game has everything it needs in the download queue, just press copy to SD when it's finished
You did had add the keys file/link?
