Emulation Dolphin Emulator error

Hi, when running Dolphin Emulator on my laptop, i recieve the error, 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found.'

I understand that this is because I do not have VC++ installed, however, I cannot install it since I do not have access to an administrator account. (I am allowed to install this software however, just do not have the OS perms for VC++)

Is there any way to obtain just this DLL alone, or even, get a portable version of VC++ that i can get Dolphin to run off of?

Download the correct version of DLL, extract it and move it into your Dolphin Emulator folder (i mean where's located the .exe file and the other DLLs)

If you had Administrator permission, you can move the DLL in "System32" folder and done.
