Does anyone remember copying (COD 2) to a jtag?

No, it shouldn't take that long, as it's a small game. Are you transferring the game wirelessly? If so, that explains it.. I'd recommend using an ethernet cable and ftp'ing the game with content manager or Xbox360 Neighborhood, if you aren't using them already..
