Whats wrong with the Nintendo servers?
I get at moment always disconnected, maybe 30 seconds after the GO!

Cant be my connection, full Bars and 120 Mbit/s connection.

It could be your router, is it a Belkin by any chance?

no, its T-Home, i suppose its a samsung branded. anyway, it works than again not. I checked the conenction to Nitnendos server, they get all the time time outs...the nintendo servers are f*cking crappy.

Its not my Internet. I have no problems on Xbox live and on the Wii.

maybe it got a problem for a few seconds while you were playing, maybe you went far from the acess point range?
maybe it's your 3ds?

hm, maybe its that the 3DS is making a time out if i stream stuff. i normal watch on youtube, while playing, astrophysical lectures.. would be a strange phenomenon, as the wii and 360 dont bother (both over Wifi)..but I will check into that.

yea, got better, i also got an Email from Nintendo:

Aktuell ist die Serverlast der MarioKart 7 Server tatsächlich sehr hoch, dadurch kann es vereinzelt zu verbindungsabbrüchen kommen.

Translation: Currently the server load of Mario Kart 7 is very high, thats why there may be occasional disconnections
