Joining the litany of ports available on the Nintendo Switch will soon be the very first Devil May Cry game. Capcom didn't divulge any further details other than the release date, which is slated for Summer 2019. Devil May Cry saw its original release in 2001, for the PlayStation 2, and would later get an HD upgrade on PC/360/PS3.

Good one. I liked that game too. But DMC3 did it first. Granted, brutal legend was an amazing game and it's overall theme is all about music so it's only right they have a guitar as a weapon. Dante in DMC3 was just ridiculous and a guitar had no place being in the game, but that's what makes the game unique and great, which is what I was trying to point out. Some people on here are convinced it's a generic game when it really isn't.

I think it's a port of the HD collection, which runs 1080p 60fps. I'd be shock if they port the ps2 version instead lol

for me dmc 2 was the winner winner. While it's main game was meh the bloody palace had 10,000 levels and it did not end even at that point! Truly wild!
