Deleted Streetpass Mii Plaza

So I was being dumb and I accidentally deleted Mii Plaza from my 3DS. I already tried the system update and it didn’t work, additionally I can’t use the hacks.guide guide because I’m doing this all from my phone via a FTP server.
Anyone know how to fix this? (Also missing AR Games and Activity Log.)

Hmmm, that would be miiverse which had ended their service. Not the streetpass plaza.
