Sys tweak might not be enabled .
The wrong version of sys tweak might be installed.
New atmosphere install?
You need to give us a lot more information, if you installed a new atmosphere via aio updater you may have disabled all modules

File> Title IDs (new)

• Show Icons for Installed Games only ; Show icons for games loaded via title.csv.
• Show List of Installed Games (CSV) ; Opens a separate window to view which games are loaded via titles.csv.
• Install NX Titles List Dumper (NRO) ; Download the app> copy to Switch> then copy the game list .csvback to NX GIC

It's because you need to edit the config.ini file for that ID of the forwarder, the titles you reference are Hombrew normally loaded by Hombrew Loader. if you have a "shortcut" on your home screen is because you install a forwarder which have his own ID.

how did you made that DB Installer forwarder? i know its late to ask but still....

you can use "NSP Forwarder creator" GUI

you can create a NSP file to install on HOS to forward to the NRO of you preference.
