EDIT: Nvm fixed it. By the looks of it, if you have 60FPS patches in /luma/titles/titleid/cheats.txt any cheat you select in checkpoint will just get overwritten by the cheats.txt file in luma.
So the question is now, how do I add those 60 FPS patches to checkpoint?
EDIT #2: Was able to add the 60 FPS patch. However, it is only temporary... /cheats has a .txt file which checkpoint adds its selected codes to. I manually added the FPS codes there. However, if you select codes for the game in checkpoint and save, it will overwrite that .txt file and you'll no longer have the FPS codes.
Get the feeling the author of Checkpoint would have to add the codes himself to the built-in cheats.
