Hacking can you import a seed without wifi?

does anyone know if there is a way to import the seed of a game without internet?
I had a problem with a game and to solve it I need to import the seed, I use fbi and the only way to import it is with internet and my 3ds can not connect to wifi.due to a problem with the 3ds antenna

What you can do is the following:

Find encTitleKeys.bin, decTitleKeys.bin, and seeddb.bin online and place them in the gm9/support folder, then use GodMode9 to decrypt your .cia.

I can't tell you where to get said files, but they are not difficult to find.

After your .cia file is decrypred it should install and play without issues.

Find the seed file for your game online and place it in sd:/fbi/seed, make sure to check the title id of your game beforehand so you'd get the seed file that would match your version.

looking in my SD card I can't find the Fbi folder, is that weird? I used fbi more than once to install a game, I forgot to mention that I already have the seed of the game but I don't know where to put it.

That's normal, just create a new folder/directory and as CoolMe said place your seed in /fbi/seed.

Create a folder named "fbi" in the root of the sdcard, then another folder named "seed" inside it, then put the ".dat" seed file there inside it. Run fbi, click "titles" look for your game then hit "import seed".
