Hacking Can i have one switch hack and one clean ?

Hey everyone I have a few questions.
I have a Oled switch and a v1 switch unpatched, I was wondering, if I do a sd card reset and a factory reset on my unpatched switch before I do some modding stuff, will my primary account that I've linked to my oled switch can get ban ? Of course my account will not remains on my unpatched switch and I create a throwaway account on my unpatched switch.

formatting your SDCard and doing a reset on yiur unpatched switch has no impact on your OLED. Those two activities are not in any way bannable offenses.

Of course my account will not remains on my unpatched switch and I create a throwaway account on my unpatched switch.

Creating a throwaway on yiur unpatched switch will be fine.

note: you can run a Clean Sysnand and Dirty (aka hacked) Emunand on the same unpatched Switch. Very common setup.

I know I can create a clean Sysnand and a Dirty Emunand on the same switch, but before I do that I want to be sure :

-if I do a factory reset on my unpatched switch, no trace of my official account will remains right ?

-If I create a throwaway account on my unpatched switch, my primary account on the oled will be fine so I can continue to play online with it on my clean Oled ?

-If my unpatched switch or my throwaway account get ban someday my official account will be safe ?
