Hacking Bypass 3DS Camera Limit (Longer than 10 minutes)?

I'm curious, is it possible to create some bypass for the 3DS Camera so it can record longer than 10 minutes of video? If not, what is the real issue?
I've looked through various forums from years ago but there hasn't really been one real answer for this.

Can someone help me out here?



I'm also curious, are there any mods in general for the 3DS Camera?

There USED to be one, that disabled the loud capture sound when you took a picture. AFAIK, it's a thing due to Japanese laws but they left it in in US/EU systems for some reason. But that thing doesn't even work at all now.

There are laws which I heard are from people in public being creeps taking photos of people against their knowledge. And the loud click is to make people aware that those people are indeed taking photos.

It's not a legal requirement. Look for phones that came from another country and are sim-free.

It's actually just an agreement between the cell phone companies to do it because the government politely asked them to do something regarding creepy shots before they needed to step in and this was the industry agreement. If it's not enabled, the major cell phone carriers won't sell the phone - but there are 0 legal ramifications for buying or selling a phone with it disabled.

Around 137MB. And that was done on my New 3DS.

You could also hook up the IDA disassembler to Luma3DS, search for the duration routine in memory and do it that way.

Copy the 3GX plugin to "luma\plugins" on the root of the SD card, then rename the plugin to "default.3gx". Open the Rosalina menu and enable plugin loader.

If you have enabled the cheat loader from the System Menu, you should be able to just close the Rosalina menu and the UI will appear as usual.

I don't believe that.

I don't know about any laws, but I do remember hearing about internal nintendo policies that if the system (DSi, 3DS) were to take a photo and SAVE it, then it had to make a shutter sound.
