Good Morning.:)

Is it possible to use Wii xplorer with Bluetooth adapter Usb and transfer files by my pc?

No.....but...

According to the Bluebomb Expoit, with Linux it is maybe possible....maybe.
(Bluebomb works with the Wii Motion Controller as Data Transfer Device to the Wii - so Data is limited to 16 KB).

So you need to run a Linux Distribution
https://neagix.github.io/wii-linux-ngx/
on the Wii and a (actual not existing) Homebew Tool for Bluetooth Data Transfer to the PC.....in Theory.

I think so....:D

you can do it with wifi using ftpii, next best thing
^^This. Works really well, just tried it with my phone the other day. You can just transfer files directly to the sd card, without the need of plugging in it into your pc every time you want to update homebrew files etc.
