is there any editor for banner animations that doesnt need to screw around with app files and whatever? i hate having to play around with old software. but if not, its okay. i dont mind. I just want to do silly stuff with my wii.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
