can we use cheat for example
using the cheat database/insert it manualy (like at emulator game at pc)

I know that you can use cheats\trainers that are patched to roms for GBA, SNES, etc. and they work well enough. For any other game that isn't a console\handheld emulated one I can't say for sure.
