any RTSP Viewer for Switch?

I have two switches on ethernet,and want to stream one screen to the other.
I have sysdvr setup with RTSP which works great on computer.
I have been successful in using a remote-play app for my computer and routing the video thru switch>PC>Switch but it adds lag.
Any homebrew that i can use with the least amount of video latency?

Might have better luck running Android from Switchroot on your second Switch. There are definitely RTSP Viewer apks for Android.

Ive tried that and yes there are RTSP viewers for android but id rather not have to use switchroot as i want to go back into switch mode easier.
