ROM Hack Suggestion Any 60fps mod for AOTennis 2?

I know this is an old thread, but recently checked this game and it runs at unlocked framerate, but it's using double buffer and because performance is bad (it's constantly jumping between 20 and 30 in match), it's very hard to get 60 FPS.

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
