Hacking Animal Crossing Save Data transfer

Hello! I am incredibly new to switch modding and I had a question about transferring my ACNH island from a CFW switch to my OLED switch.

After losing my island 3 times, I've decided to just mod my file just to restore my island to what it was previously using a save editor)
How do I transfer my island to my OLED switch after modifying it on the CFW Switch without triggering a ban?

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
