Anemone double theme install crash

So I wanted to change my theme and because im like, stupid and downloaded the theme I had already downloaded to apply and it did but when i closed anemone this crash screen appeared

Does anyone know how to fix this
(Also ive tried a bunch of solutions but they all either didnt work or only fixed the problem until i turn the 3ds off and on)

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
