emuiibo 0.4 changed some settings, you can find that"settings.json"at sd/emuiibo, open it with a text editor and rewrite it as TRUE, then you should be able to use the hotkeys.（Unfortunately, this settings looks like it conflicts with some of my other plugins, when I set it as TRUE, I can't boot atmos. ）
I suggest you use the emuiibo 0.4, because it fixed some bugs about ZeldaBOTW

Hi. I enter AmiiSwap 1.1b, enter Emuiibo, enter Enable then it says "Emuiibo not detected". What did I miss, please? I already have 0100000000000352 folder inside atmosphere\contents.

it works. But every amiibo i use in breath of the wild gives me fish only even when some of the amiibo are supposed to give me other stuff like meat. Am i doing something wrong
