So I've been trying every known resource from Console Tool all the way to Tinke and everything in between but I am unable to gain access to all of the character sprites in the game. I know where they are located but anything beyond that might as well be me trying to translate a foreign language. Before you recommend me tools just know that I most likely have already tried what you're about to recommend. I was hoping that someone (smarter than me) could extract a character sprite from the game and prove that I'm insane and just missing something.
I'm obviously not a skilled modder, I know almost next to nothing but I did follow most tutorials word for word with no luck. Any and all help appreciated! Thank you.
At this point, I'm willing to pay to have help in this project. And its just image extraction.
