when it crashes I get this error:

But the game works whenever I would change the date in settings to a previous one, and if I wait for the date to change again - or change the date forward in settings, i get the same error.
The game also fully works if i've loaded in before the next day at 5:59, its just at 6am that I get the error.
For now, I've backed up my save file and deleted it off my 3ds, and it works just fine - I would preferably like to recover my save though.
