The only public bots available at the moment for Sword/Shield are only for den-based interactions. There are bots that, for example, let you build a mon the way you want it tand then the system will trade it to you.
But all that stuff is worthy for vanilla consoles. If yours is hacked, simply download PKHeX (that has been around for a loooong time), back-up your save files with Checkpoint or a similar homebrew, move the files to your computer and modify them as you want.

Sorry for bumping into an old conversation. I'm not entirely sure about the app you're referring to, but it's possible that there might be something like that out there. I'd recommend doing some research to see if anyone has created something like this. I've seen something similar at w88, but better check it out yourself!

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
