Gaming 360 Warranty

I'm currently purchasing (well, trading, but we'll just assume purchasing to keep this topic similar) a used XBox 360 Premium without a warranty.

It's in mint condition, would it be possible to somehow buy a new one or something?

i've always wondered that myself... but without trading it for a reputable store, who will try to push the warranty, or contacting microsoft directly, i wouldnt have a clue...

What do you mean by somehow by a new one? You mean take the used 360 into a store and exchange it for a new one with a warrenty?

i believe he just wants to ensure his machine will have a warranty on it.... but unless it's a official refubished one, or a used one from a store, i'm really not sure how you would go about getting a warranty on a used machine, IF it's even possible...
