I really want to make a 2d game for the 3ds systems, but the only engine I could find that did something like this was unity, which you can't even get the 3ds stuff for it anymore. So does anyone know of 2d game engines for the 3ds?

Honestly, the closest thing to "a 3DS game engine that isn't Unity" I can think of is SmileBoom's "PetitComputer ver. 3" (known as "SmileBASIC" in the US).
Would that be a good one?

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
